And who gave you the impression that dams only do bad.everything has its positives and negatives. People have been building dams for 1000s of years. It replenishes ground water and stops sediments and top soil being washed into sea. It also help irrigate 10s of 1000s of hectors of barren land scapes. It's not always require that mighty rivers have to empty all their fresh water into sea. One dam replaces 1000s of coal,gas and diesel powered power plants and produces clean energy for centuries. Benefits are endless too.
